We had a great day trip to Alexandria. Our guide Arif is excellent! Our whole group was very happy. Our driver was also amazing!The bikes were good quality and the route a good mix of roads, gardens, cycle paths etc. Would recommend.

We really wanted at least a glimpse inside the new Grand Egyptian Museum and had thought we had missed the chance when our arrival in Cairo was delayed because of a flight cancellation. Explore Egypt Tours were prepared to be flexible and reorganise it when we were available. The whole tour was excellent and everyone involved was great. We used Explore Egypt for two different tours in Cairo - Old Cairo & the NMEC, and a food tour. We really enjoyed both tours. The guides were enthusiastic, friendly and informative. Mariam Mousa, the travel consultant, was very helpful in arranging all the logistics and sharing detailed information about the tours in advance. We appreciated all the support she provided. We had a great food tour with Mohamed. Mohamed picked us up on time at our hotel at 5 pm. He and the driver maneuvered us through rush hour to our food tour. We felt we saw Cairo as few tourists do. We visited several restaurants. Mohamed described the foods and encouraged us to taste the foods by themselves. Mohamed was very caring. When we told him that we were collecting coins for our Grandson, he insisted on giving us some. Mohamed was a caring, wonderful guide.

Luxor was the second stop, after Cairo, which we visited with Explore Egypt tour thanks to the representative Zahraa who organized perfectly these two days: shorter visits to the East on the first day, for some relaxation in the afternoon after arriving from Cairo and an even richer day in the West. During the two days we were accompanied by a precise and safe driver and the fantastic Haggag guide who with his passion and energy transported us back in time during each visit.

We had a fantastic day. The Pyramids and the Sphinx are of course impressive and the new museum offers many highlights. Yoma took care of our special requests in advance, such as visiting the Great Pyramid from the inside. And our guide David was very knowledgeable about all the sites and answered lots of questions. He was also very relaxed and let us decide for ourselves how much time we wanted to spend at each stop. There were six of us and we had our own private tour in a comfortable vehicle with a very safe driver.
