Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the deposit paid will be charged.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Emergency Cancellation Policy
Tour Egypt Club offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at Tour Egypt Club, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
Refund
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment within a maximum period of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
