Saqqara Step Pyramid

MitRahina(Memphis) statue of Ramses II.
The only remaining evidence of Memphis is this noteworthy open-air museum, built around a magnificent fallen colossal limestone statue of Ramses II. Its position on its back gives a great opportunity to inspect the carving up close – even the pharaoh’s nipples are very precise. Its twin is the statue that stood in Midan Ramses in Cairo until 2006 when it was moved to stand guard by the Grand Egyptian Museum construction site.
Back to your hotel.
You will be met by our private Egyptologist English-speaking guide at your hotel to accompany you by a private A/C car to visit The Egyptian Museum
The Egyptian Museum
The Egyptian Museum is the oldest museum in the world entirely dedicated to Egyptian culture, which is why there is a private guide who talks and explains the fundamental stages of its formation, from the birth of the collection to the present day.
After that, you will move to visit the outstanding Citadel of Saladdin,
Citadel of Saladdin
where you will be able to see the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the founder of modern Egypt, and his mosque built in the Turkish style and called the Alabaster Mosque.
Then you will go ahead to visit the significant places of Islamic Cairo.
Souk of Khan el-Khalili.
Khan el-Khalili is one of Cairo’s main attractions. This is the souk of the old city, a large market as crowded as it is noisy, but with spicy and unique colors and scents.
We will cross its labyrinthine streets, real open-air museums. The best place in town to buy souvenirs and copies of Ancient Egyptian artifacts.
Back to your hotel in Cairo

Then we stop for lunch including fish, chicken, or vegetarian options.
